Tim Valentiner

Tim Valentiner is senior director of strategic sourcing at doTERRA. He oversees doTERRA’s oil sourcing team responsible for its essential oil sourcing of over 130 origin essential oils from 45-plus countries. Tim also develops and oversees the company’s Co-Impact Sourcing strategy for securing its long-term supply and direct sourcing relationships with growers and distillers for the highest quality essential oils. He also drives doTERRA’s initiatives for implementing sustainable, socially and environmentally responsible sourcing strategies and practices beginning on-farm and throughout the supply chain.
