Timothy Hamilton

Timothy Hamilton is an associate professor of economics in the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. He is an expert in environmental economics. His primary area of research is nonmarket valuation, with a focus on hedonic modeling and residential sorting approaches to valuation. His research has examined questions related to the valuation of clean air, benefits associated with the U.S. National Wildlife Refuge System, cycling and traffic congestion, and the siting of noxious facilities. Timothy teaches courses in environmental economics and econometrics at the University of Richmond.
