Victoria Reca

Victoria Recap works to advance women's empowerment through consulting, collaboration, research and resource development. Victoria contributes to BSR’s work by supporting companies in designing and implementing strategies to promote more respectful societies and by helping to facilitate BSR’s Business Action for Women. Prior to BSR, Victoria worked in an inclusive business consulting firm and developed business models for social impact. Before that, she worked for Natura Cosmetics, where she implemented the company’s sustainability and social investment strategy in its Argentina operations. She has also supported and developed strategies for social entrepreneurs and NGOs across a wide range of sectors in India to accelerate and scale their impact, and she has mentored women in microcredit programs in Buenos Aires. Victoria holds an M.Sc. in sustainability and social innovation from HEC Paris Business School and a bachelor's degree in business economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
