AI x Sustainability Showcase

A one hour showcase exploring key innovations underpinning AI’s dual role in the climate transition as a tool accelerating sustainability outcomes and as infrastructure that must itself develop sustainably and climate-aligned. Features presentations and explorations of technologies for practitioners seeking impact without compromising their organization’s footprint.

AI x Sustainability Leaders Forum

This invitation-only half-day forum convenes leaders from across the AI data center ecosystem — including hyperscalers, hardware providers, utilities, policymakers and civil society — for a candid, participatory conversation under the Chatham House Rule. Through short provocations and an interactive tabletop exercise, participants will explore a central question: What does sustainable AI infrastructure look like, and what would it take to make it the norm?

AI x Sustainability Showcase

One hour. Six pitches. The sharpest AI + sustainability ideas in the market, live on stage.

This fast-paced showcase cuts through the hype to spotlight AI solutions that are actually moving the needle: how AI is automating the challenges that keep sustainability teams up at night, innovative solutions to shrink AI’s own growing footprint, and what AI-driven measurable climate outcomes across operations look like. Each presenter will make their case directly to the Trellis Impact community.

Come learn what’s working, what’s next, and what practitioners should be paying precious attention to right now.

Block 1: Data & Disclosure Mastery — Two pitches tackling the unsexy-but-critical work of sustainability data: automating Scope 3 tracking, streamlining regulatory compliance, making climate risk modeling actually usable for financial disclosure.

Block 2: Sustainable Infrastructure — Two pitches from the people building AI’s physical backbone and working to make it lighter. Think data center cooling breakthroughs, energy-efficient training architectures,  renewable procurement designed specifically for compute-heavy operations.

Block 3: Real-World Climate Acceleration — Two pitches proving AI’s value beyond the dashboard: deployed solutions optimizing manufacturing energy use, accelerating circular economy R&D, sharpening agricultural systems, cutting emissions from logistics networks.
