At Trellis Impact 27, the AI x Sustainability Program runs as a throughline across the entire event rather than a standalone track, anchored by four pillars: using AI as a force multiplier, building infrastructure that doesn’t undercut climate goals, accounting for AI’s own footprint, and the AI-powered solutions it enables.

The AI x Sustainability Showcase featured a series of fast-paced presentations highlighting the tools, technologies and solutions organizations are deploying to accelerate climate impact. Sessions included practitioner case studies, technology demonstrations and emerging solution pitches from across the sustainability ecosystem.
A dedicated breakout program explored AI’s applications, opportunities and tradeoffs across sustainable business. Across seven sessions, speakers and attendees examined real-world use cases, implementation challenges and emerging best practices for applying AI in practice.
This invitation-only forum convened leaders from across the AI data center ecosystem — including hyperscalers, hardware providers, utilities, policymakers and civil society organizations — for candid discussions under Chatham House Rule. Conversations focused on the infrastructure, energy and policy considerations shaping the future of sustainable AI.
