This session—designed for corporate energy buyers, developers, utilities, policy experts, and NGOs—offers a hands-on, cross-sector “policy hackathon” focused on navigating the evolving landscape of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). With shifting guidance and proposed policy changes creating uncertainty, participants will work in diverse teams to design a clean energy project or procurement strategy that maximizes IRA benefits while accounting for potential disruptions. Each team will receive hypothetical policy changes and adapt their strategy in real time, culminating in a pitch to a mock review board of legal and government experts.
