As the Head of Design, Capabilities, Sustainability, and Inclusion, Adam has a broad and wide ranging role. This includes managing teams from Industrial Design, CMF, User Experience,Packaging, Graphics, Sustainability and Inclusive Design. But this also puts him in a unique position to balance consumer needs, brand expectations, and product design with Sustainability initiatives. At Logitech he strives to help create more sustainable products and package them in environmentally friendly ways.
Previous to this role, Adam was Head of Global Packaging at Logitech, where he rolled out the Carbon Labeling program onto packaging. This, along with creating a Packaging Plastics Policy,demonstrates both a strong personal and company commitment to the environment. Previously, Adam has held packaging or sustainability related roles at Motorola, Fiskars, and 3M.
