Anton Van Zyl

Anton van Zyl serves as Senior Director, Packaging Strategy for The Coca–Cola Company North America. Anton is responsible for the strategy, leadership, and stewardship of the Sustainable Packaging Strategy. Anton started his career in South Africa as a Human Resources Practitioner specializing in Industrial Relations. Since then, Anton has held Senior Leadership Roles in Sales, Distribution and Marketing in both the Beverage and Dairy Sectors. Anton’s career has taken him to ten countries (two of them twice) across the globe, learning about our diverse planet from environmental matters to the diversity of language, culture and religion. Anton relocated to the USA in 2017 to lead the Global Route to Market and Market Execution strategy for the Coca-Cola Company. During his tenure, Anton was offered a role in Sustainability, initially leading Strategic Initiatives and, more recently, leading the World Without Waste Packaging Strategy for North America. This has a primary focus on delivering a strategic path forward. Anton has worked for the Coca-Cola System for 27 Years.
