Ashley Fahey

Ashley Fahey joined Kohler Co. in 2021 as Sr. Manager, Global Product Sustainability. Prior to Kohler, she spent three years as Sustainability Principal for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Akron, Ohio and seven years in a variety of sustainability roles for Steelcase in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ashley was featured in the GreenBiz 30 Under 30 list in 2019 and was named to the Environment + Energy 100 list in 2021. Originally from West Michigan, Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainable Business from Aquinas College and an Executive M.B.A. from Michigan State University. Ashley’s passions include electric vehicles, traveling to new places, and hiking. As a proud transgender woman, she also enjoys advocating for the LGBTQ+ community. Ashley resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with her wife, Laura, and their three pets, Honey, Maple, and Frida.
