Caitlin Odom

Caitlin has been supporting the Grid Deployment Office since August 2024 where she focuses on programs working to ensure our grid infrastructure can safely, reliably, and affordably deliver electricity to all loads. Prior to her time at GDO, Caitlin was a Manager at RMI supporting the Transportation and Electricity Programs with projects focused on building grid infrastructure for electrification demands.

She holds a B.S. in Economics and Political Science from Northeastern University.
