Elizabeth Reaves

Senior Program Director
Sustainable Food Lab
As a Senior Director of Agriculture and Environment, Elizabeth leads a team of five focused on building partnerships with food companies, NGOs, and farmer led organizations in support of regenerative and climate-smart agriculture systems. Her experience spans grain and livestock farming systems across the globe from Australia, Canada, and the United States.

During her time at Sustainable Food Lab, Elizabeth has supported companies to connect their climate and regenerative agriculture goals to farmer focused programs anchored in farming communities and partnerships. Specifically, she has helped to launch multiple pre-competitive partnerships including the Cool Soil Initiative in Australia, North Dakota Trusted Advisor Partnership, and Small Grains in the Corn Belt. She has also supported the implementation of supply chain partnerships with PCM and PFI in the US Midwest, a Regenerative Feed Programs with PFI in Nebraska, and a partnership for regenerative oats and canola at the South Eastern Research Farm in Saskatchewan.

Elizabeth serves on the Field to Market Innovative Finance Committee, the AGree Coalition, and as an external Environmental Advisor to ABInbev. Elizabeth holds a BA from American University and a MS from the University of Vermont. Elizabeth enjoys cooking for friends and family and all things outdoors.
