Emily Rose

As Associate Director and Head of Renewable Energy Tax Credit Investing (TCI), Emily provides advisory and educational services to Schneider Electric Sustainability Business and Cleantech clients in pursuit of their sustainability goals. She is focused on renewable energy development projects and investment opportunities throughout the United States, serving corporate clients.
Emily and the TCI team bring innovative and cutting-edge solutions to corporates as they accelerate their approach to clean energy procurement. She helps clients decarbonize plus focus on financial returns by investing in renewable energy projects. Her focus is developing, structuring, and then simplifying bespoke solutions as unique and varied as our clients.
Emily is a lawyer by education, a banker by training, and a gardener at heart. After 13 years leading a team investing in tax credits transactions for U.S. Bank CDC (now U.S. Bank Impact Finance) across a range of tax credit products and asset classes, she joined the Schneider Electric team to reduce historic barriers to renewable energy financing. Emily’s long tenure as an investor gives her unique insight into risks, mitigants, and established options, while burgeoning opportunities within the industry opens the door to creativity and innovation in creating a cleaner grid while meeting sustainability goals
