Erika co-founded and leads Spark Climate Solutions, a non-profit accelerating progress in emerging, high-impact climate fields. She’s passionate about accelerating overall climate action and advancing science-based climate solutions that are currently in need of more support, and is also a climate philanthropist. Previously, she led engineering groups at high-growth tech companies and non-profits including Stripe, OpenAI, Planet Labs, and U.S. Digital Response. Erika studied computer science, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering at MIT. She lives in San Francisco with her young family.
