Eszter Csicsai

Eszter Csicsai is Senior Manager of Sustainability at Mattel, where she leads enterprise sustainability strategy development and integration. She has also led sustainable product and packaging at Mattel, working across the toymaker’s iconic portfolio of brands such as Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher-Price, and American Girl. Prior to joining Mattel, Eszter served as Assistant Vice President at WSP, where she co-led the firm’s US Circularity practice. She has also held sustainability roles in a variety of settings ranging from government to startups, including at Rheaply, the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (now Cascale), and the New York City Department of Sanitation.
