Jaden Barney

As Legrand’s Senior Sustainability Analyst, Jaden advances ambitious company-level sustainability goals by collaborating with product design teams to integrate circularity into Legrand products that are essential for modern built environment infrastructure. Jaden works alongside product leaders to eliminate single-use plastic packaging, identify and implement new circular business models, and develop training programs to educate Legrand engineers and product managers on the fundamentals of circular design.

Additionally, Jaden collaboratively designs and manages Legrand’s internal sustainability metrics for new product development, creating digital tools to incentivize and target reductions in the designed embodied carbon of products through feedback loops using LCA data.

Jaden previously served as a Senior Product Design Engineer for iPhone at Apple and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
