Jill’s career reflects a track record of driving forward-thinking strategies to capture new growth and profitability, spearheading innovation, driving manufacturing excellence, and leading breakthrough M&A. At Madison Air, Jill built an air quality solutions powerhouse through a series of acquisitions which drove a sixfold increase in revenues in under two years. Soon after joining the enterprise in 2021, Jill stood up a dedicated data center cooling division within Nortek Air Services as a separate company. Under her strategic leadership, the company, Nortek DCC, quickly created – and is delivering on – a powerful innovation pipeline designed to keep pace with the rapid acceleration of AI and other advances in technology.
Jill is an independent board member of Dow (NYSE: DOW). She was named to the board of directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in 2023, where she serves on its Executive Committee. In 2024, Jill was named to the National Association of Manufacturers’ board of directors.
Jill earned an MBA degree with highest honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and serves on the advisory council of the school’s Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas.
