Joe is a manager with RMI’s Climate Intelligence Program, where he accelerates emissions reductions in the Commodity Market Transformation Initiative. He focuses on differentiated market development primarily through lifecycle analysis and market mechanisms applied to refineries, petrochemicals, certified low-methane gas, and their derivative products. As a chemical engineer by training, Joe held various engineering and sustainability roles for Shell prior to RMI.
