Josh Wiener

Josh Wiener is Vice President, Global Sustainability and Climate Lead at MetLife, where he is responsible for advancing the company’s climate and sustainability initiatives across global operations, country-level businesses, employee engagement, investments, procurement, and reporting. His work focuses on advancing Net Zero decarbonization and strengthening ESG integration and regulatory preparedness, with an emphasis on long-term enterprise and stakeholder value creation.

Outside of his role at MetLife, Josh serves on the Board of Directors at EcoRise, a national environmental education nonprofit, and is co-founder and discussion leader of the New York Area Sustainability Group. He is a LEED Accredited Professional with a background in environmental policy.
