Julia Stamberger

Julia Stamberger is a 25-year food industry veteran, responsible for founding and scaling numerous food and beverage brands, including pioneering the snackbox concept on airlines. Julia has a particular focus on sustainability and plant-based food as it relates to shaping a world and food system that can support the growing population in the face of continual climate change, reflected in her latest initiative, 10 Billion By 2050, LLC. Julia has created and scaled numerous breakthrough and award-winning food & beverage products, including Hope and Sesame Sesamemilk, which uses 75%-92% less water than any other plant or dairy milk and includes 8g of complete protein. Named a Notable Entrepreneur and Noted Sustainability leader by Crain’s Chicago Business, Julia was inducted into the Exceptional Women Alliance in 2021 and sits on the board of directors at the Plant Based Food Association, where she is also co-chair of the PBFA Sustainability committee.
