Karine Kicak

Karine is a chemical engineer who has worked in science-based sustainability for over 17 years, including holding in-house sustainability roles in the retail industry. She now heads the North American Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) & Impact Measurement center of expertise at Anthesis, where she uses LCAs to help clients in a wide array of sectors identify environmental hotspots, find decarbonization opportunities, and quantify impact reduction measures. Karine specializes in helping clients understand the environmental benefits achieved by implementing principles of the circular economy at the scale of products and business models. Karine is the author of numerous peer reviewed LCA studies and is recognized internationally as a leader who helps companies achieve data-driven sustainable performance.
