Mac Martin
He currently serves as a Corporate Partnerships Manager with the Arbor Day Foundation, connecting corporate partners and their sustainability and impact goals to on-the-ground-work in communities and forests at a global scale.
Mac holds a degree from the University of Georgia’s Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources and spent the better part of a decade with the Texas Forest Service, where he served as State Coordinator for the Urban and Community Forestry program. His work focused on developing capacity building and training programs for municipalities, utilities, and practicing arborists across the state to create more resilient, livable Texas communities.
Mac is deeply passionate about helping people understand the benefits of trees and the critical role forests play in our everyday quality of life. Mac also holds the ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification and the Wildfire Risk Reduction Qualification.
