Joining AXA in 2021, Marika has been working in and around sustainability for 15 years. In her current role, Marika is in charge of the development of the sustainability strategy for the Group with oversight of governance and investor relations. Following the release of the next chapter of the Group’s Sustainability Strategy (2024-2026), she partners with teams across AXA to support the development of company-wide sustainability programs and pockets of excellence.
