As an award-winning impact communications strategist and certified coach and facilitator, Mica Crouse founded Big Mountain Impact to help organizations and leaders define not just what they stand for, but how they live out their purpose. With two decades of experience across the public and private sectors and an MBA from Columbia Business School, Mica partners with organizations to foster intentional leaders, cohesive teams and authentic communication that builds trust, credibility and lasting impact. In addition to a BA in Psychology, Mica holds several ICF-accredited coaching certifications, has served on environmental boards and advisory councils and received the 2019 Austin Under 40 Award for Energy, Mobility andTransportation.
