Sr. Leader, Carbon Accounting and Analytics
Cisco
Michael King leads the Carbon Accounting & Analytics team within Cisco’s Chief Sustainability Office, where he works at the intersection of sustainability, data, and technology. He helps shape Cisco’s approach to GHG emissions accounting and reporting, life cycle assessment (LCA) strategy, and sustainability analytics, with a focus on advancing circular economy principles in IT and understanding the environmental impacts of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.

Michael joined Cisco in 2013 as a Mechanical Engineer in the Supply Chain Organization, where he focused on developing cost-effective and sustainable products. He holds a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University and is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
