Nathan Cummins

Nathan Cummins is the Global Lead, Renewable Energy Markets on The Nature Conservancy’s Tackle Climate Change Team. In this role, Nathan leads TNC’s global markets-based strategies to accelerate renewable energy deployment through developing and implementing market principles and solutions. Prior to this position, Nathan led TNC’s renewable energy strategy in the Great Plains, and worked for six years in the Conservancy’s External Affairs department, where he focused on corporate engagement and infrastructure policy. Before The Nature Conservancy, Nathan worked at the White House Council on Environmental Quality on public engagement with key Obama Administration environmental initiatives. Nathan holds a Bachelor’s degree from DePauw University and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
