Neha Thatte Mallik

Neha Mallik is the Director of Product Management and Innovation on the Future Coffee Systems team at Keurig Dr Pepper. She joined Keurig in 2016 on a mission to “disrupt the K-Cup,” and she is bringing that mission to life through the new K-Rounds plastic-free pod– a plastic- and aluminum-free pod. Prior to her current role, Neha held various brand and product management roles for the K-Cup Pod, where she developed and led a robust pipeline of sustainable pod initiatives, including managing the portfolio strategy and marketing plan for the conversion of pods to recyclable polypropylene #5 plastic. Previously, Neha was a Senior Global Packaging Engineer at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products, where she led global packaging strategies for well-known brands such as Listerine, Visine, and Rogaine. She has a BFA in Industrial Design from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA with Sustainability Certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management.
