As the Strategic Engagement Manager at WRAP, Sarah drives the acceleration of the circular economy by connecting the private sector to opportunities for systems transformation within textiles, food waste, and packaging. Current textile initiatives include the Global Durability Accelerator, to standardize the metrics for apparel longevity based on consumer behavior and Designing for Circularity. She previously spent 15+ years scaling social innovation ventures through strategic partnerships and operations. Sarah studied public and private solutions to climate change mitigation through the circular economy and earned an MBA and an MA in Government from Johns Hopkins University. During that time, she also developed a concept for a thermal product made from recycled post-consumer textiles and produced a zero waste newsletter for households. She is a certified TRUE Advisor (GBCI), Advanced Zero Waste Associate (ZWUSA) and earned a BA in Communications with a concentration in Marketing and Business (University of Denver).
