Susan Gladwin

Susan Gladwin is a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Loan Programs Office (LPO), where she works with current and prospective applicants to the Title 17 Clean Energy Program, with emphasis on Virtual Power Plants projects. Her career spans several decades of senior product management, business development, and sustainability roles across industrial and consumer sectors at Apple and Autodesk. She serves on advisory boards of venture-backed climate tech startups and holds a B.Sc. in Computer and Information Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Susan is based in the Bay Area.
