Tim Chadwick is a seasoned mechanical engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. As the Chief Operating Officer of AlfaTech, Tim brings a wealth of expertise in consulting engineering, project management, and construction administration. His extensive experience spans a wide range of projects, with a particular focus on mission-critical facilities, including data centers.

Throughout his career, Tim has been instrumental in shaping AlfaTech’s growing international mission-critical practice. His leadership and technical expertise have driven the successful delivery of numerous data center projects for prestigious clients both locally and globally. He is recognized as an expert in this sector, frequently sharing his knowledge at industry conferences and events.

Tim is actively involved in industry organizations, serving as a Voting Member of ASHRAE’s Energy Standard for Data Centers and Telecommunications Buildings (T-STDS-SPC 90.4) and holds the distinction of a LEED Accredited Professional through the US Green Building Council (USGBC). His commitment to sustainable design and energy efficiency further underscores his role as a leader in the engineering community.
