Natasha leads the teams responsible for crisis response, environmental sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), employee impact, grants and impact investing. She also partners with Legal on ethical product use. Prior to joining Twilio, Natasha served as an executive leader of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation – one of the world’s largest private foundations with an endowment exceeding $40 billion. While at the Gates Foundation, Natasha advised and shaped the development of multi-million dollar impact projects supporting the wellbeing of individuals and communities across the globe, from the education of students in Chicago to the health of young mothers in Nigeria. Natasha holds a BA in Economics and MA in Sociology from Stanford University and JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
