Camila Leal Giraldo

Camila Leal is the Founder and CEO of Crop Culture, a startup focused on transforming the health of ecosystems through local regenerative gardening products and applications of the circular economy. Prior to Crop Culture, Camila was the Zero Waste, Sr Manager at Danone North America. Camila holds a BS in International Business from Fairfield University and is an MBA candidate at Bard College. Camila is a forward-thinking professional with a vision for sustainable development and the circular economy. Over the past five years she has worked relentlessly to build the ideal mix of skills both professionally and personally that supports her vision in leadership. She considers herself a change agent who strongly believes in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and empowering others to achieve dream work. Camila enjoys building and fostering relationships by connecting with others, inside and outside work.
