Sarah Dougherty is part of NRDC's Green Finance Center, focused on climate finance. She has an educational and work background in economics and finance, including seven years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. She had shorter stints at the Coalition for Green Capital, C2ES, a small solar EPC firm, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, focused on asset-backed securities risk analysis. Dougherty has been at NRDC since 2014 and has a master's degree in economics with a focus in public policy. She is based in Washington, D.C.
