Steve Hanson is senior director of Fleet Operations, Engineering and Sustainability for PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay Division. Steve joined the Frito-Lay team more than 20 years ago, beginning as a manufacturing engineer in Modesto, California. Over his tenure at PepsiCo, Steve has fulfilled various roles such as fleet sustainability manager and director of engineering. Steve earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at the University of the Pacific before joining Frito-Lay and PepsiCo.
