About the session

What’s covered

How can the private sector effectively invest in the restoration and recovery of biodiversity? Which conservation approaches and technologies promise the most positive change?

This 3-hour afternoon workshop will explore how the private sector can most effectively “bend the curve” of biodiversity loss and close the nature finance gap. Through a series of facilitated small-group discussions and exercises, business leaders will discuss innovative case studies for investing in nature, converge around opportunities for meaningful stakeholder engagement and social outcomes, and explore ways to balance local and global biodiversity goals. This is a closed-door session for a select group of multinational corporations and financial institutions, partners, and sponsors. Capped at 200 attendees.
