Lauren Phipps

Lauren Phipps is the Chief of Staff at Molg, a start-up tackling the e-waste challenge with robotics and design. She focuses on systems-level approaches to advancing circularity at the intersection of business, climate, and technology. Previously, Lauren was Vice President and Senior Analyst at Trellis (formerly GreenBiz Group), where she led circular economy strategy, programs, and partnerships. She launched Circularity, the world’s largest circular economy conference, and authored a widely-read industry newsletter on the topic. Lauren holds a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment, with an emphasis on Industrial Ecology and Business, and a BA in Environmental Analysis and Sociology from Pitzer College.
